Winter is the time of the big chill, time to rest and trust the creative force that is about to spring forth in a few weeks time. In this workshop we will explore the dynamics between rest and play. The Hatha Yoga part is based in Anusara Yoga Universal principles of alignment, the relaxation part honors the Bihar tradition of Yoga Nidra, a deep relaxation technique.

A playful morning that gets you moving into the New Year, and focus body and mind after the holiday period and stretch into more space and freedom. You will take away a practise that helps you to firm your intentions and deeply rest the nervous system for the year ahead.
